Yin Ling’s professional journey spans a diverse client portfolio, including private limited companies, non-listed public companies, foreign entities, foundations and multinational corporations. Her expertise covers all facets of corporate secretarial services, from compliance with the Companies Act to statutory form preparation and submission to relevant authorities such as the Companies Commission of Malaysia, BNM and the SC.
Beginning as an Assistant Company Secretary, she quickly ascended the ranks, serving as a Manager in a secretarial firm affiliated with Malaysia’s largest law firm before joining AKAL as an Executive Director in 2013.
Yin Ling obtained her professional degree, ICSA, from the University of London, equipping her with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in the corporate advisory realm.
